Located on the Paseo de Larios, this is the only house from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries that remains in this area. Years before the Paseo de Larios walk had numerous houses of this type. This two-storey building with a regional and neo-Mudejar style penthouse is made up of different levels where its tower stands out on the left, matching the sixteenth-century turrets.

On the front there is a porch that is supported by two Tuscan columns with sculpted crests, the frieze made of stucco that runs along the outside containing designs with embossed plant motifs. The facade has a main balcony with large windows and wrought iron grilles. The tower rises three stories in height, having its last section with a twin vein. It is a beautiful building and an excellent example of a second home from a large owner from the industrial development era of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
